My Method

The Master Methodology is as follows:

My goal is to provide quality and effective personal training for clients. Your body is a combination of what you eat and what you do. My plan is to change what you eat and what you do and make it a permanent change. I provide my services in 12 session blocks called phases that target specific steps in your development. I don’t just want you to get healthy I want you to take what you learn and share it with your family and friends.


  • I don’t push products your goals can be achieved without meal replacements or pills.
  • I create a workout plan tailor made for your current level of fitness with your goals in mind.
  • I don’t just train I teach so you can sustain a healthy lifestyle forever.
  • I provide grocery store field trips so you can see 1st hand what items to eat.
  • We will work hard but as you get stronger and in better shape it will get easier.
