This Package is designed for those who want to train with friends or small group.

- Additional members can be added at any time for $300 per month (12 sessions).

- You will receive Meal Plan Via email in a PDF file.
- You get nutritional coaching for 30 days from the date of purchase.
- If provided *foods that you like they can be added to most meal plans.
